This document provides technical instructions for using the Kleep SFCC Cartridge to integrate Kleep AI Virtual Sizing into the SFCC storefront.

What it does

  • AI Sizing — Recommends the most suitable size for each product based on customer and product data.
  • Product Recommendations — Suggests similar products when a size is out of stock.
  • Event Tracking — Sends analytics data to Kleep to continuously improve recommendations.
  • Error Logging — Captures all service errors in a dedicated log file for troubleshooting.

Requirements

Not compatible with: Site Genesis, Headless storefronts, SFCC API ≤ 19.10.
  • Credentials and keys from Kleep are required — contact your Account Manager.
  • Multi-site, multi-locale, and multi-currency are supported.
  • No cookies are used — only localStorage. Contact your Account Manager for privacy details.

Kleep is fully gated by visitor consent: the script only loads after consent is collected through your CMP, and you must condition its loading accordingly.
