Fit Feedback is only visible in your dashboard if it has been enabled for your retailer account. Contact your Kleep representative to request access.
Where to find it
In the Kleep Dashboard sidebar, navigate to Kleep AI Sizing → Fit Feedbacks. From the welcome page you can enter either of the two workflows:Perfect Fit
Persona-based feedback — create body profiles and assign the correct size for each product.
Fit Balance
Product-based feedback — rate how each product runs on a five-point scale.
Core concepts
Perfect Fit (persona-centric)
You create personas — profiles that represent typical body types in your customer base — then browse your catalog and select the true size for each product, per persona. This gives Kleep a precise mapping between body characteristics and product sizes. See Perfect Fit for creating personas and assigning true sizes.Fit Balance (product-centric)
Instead of mapping individual sizes, you rate how a product fits overall:
This is the fastest way to flag products or product lines that consistently run large or small.
When to use each workflow
- Perfect Fit — when you have detailed knowledge of how specific body types should be sized in your products. Best for building a comprehensive sizing model.
- Fit Balance — when you want to quickly indicate general fit tendencies across your catalog (e.g., a brand that consistently runs small).
Working with your catalog
Both workflows share the same catalog browsing tools:- Search — find products by title.
- Filters — narrow by Kleep category, brand, and size system (Alpha
XS–XXL, Numeric34, 36…, Numeric levelsT1, T2…, WaistW28, W30…). - Category carousel — jump between product categories.
- Grid / table view — toggle between visual cards and a compact table.
- Pagination — products are shown 20 per page.
Saving your work
Changes are staged locally until you save:- Click Save, or press Cmd/Ctrl + S at any time.
- A single save persists everything — all personas, true sizes, and fit ratings.
- If you try to navigate away with unsaved changes, the dashboard warns you first.
- A confirmation toast appears when the save succeeds.
