- Edit — click a persona row to reopen its form and update any field.
- Duplicate — creates a copy (named ”… copy”) with the same morphology but with true sizes reset, so you can quickly build variations of a body type.
- Delete — permanently removes the persona and its associated true sizes.
- Search & sort — filter the persona list by name and sort it from the actions bar.
Assigning true sizes
1
Select a persona
Use the persona dropdown at the top of the Perfect Fit workspace to choose which persona you are sizing for.
2
Browse the catalog
Search, filter by category / brand / size system, and use the category carousel to navigate. Switch between grid and table view as you prefer.
3
Pick the true size
On each product, click the size that fits the persona. Only sizes actually available on the product can be selected. Click a selected size again to clear it.
4
Save
Press Cmd/Ctrl + S or click Save. All true sizes for all personas are saved together.
Category coverage rule
For a persona’s feedback to be usable, it must cover at minimum:- at least one top (upper-body clothing) size, and
- at least one bottom (lower-body clothing) size.
Category-level sizes
In addition to per-product true sizes, you can set a true size at the category level (per Kleep category, size system, and gender). This acts as a general rule for the persona across that category, complementing the product-specific selections.Tips for good feedback
- Base selections on real fitting knowledge (fit sessions, return reasons, customer service insights) — not guesses.
- Cover multiple size systems if your catalog mixes them (Alpha, Numeric, Waist…).
- Keep personas Active (fully completed) — draft personas’ feedback carries less weight.
