Where to find it
In the Kleep Dashboard sidebar, navigate to Kleep AI Sizing → Fit Feedbacks. The tool is organized into two tabs: Perfect Fit and Fit Balance.Core Concepts
Perfect Fit
Perfect Fit is a persona-centric workflow. You create customer profiles — called personas — that represent typical body types and morphologies in your customer base. You then browse your product catalog and indicate which size is the correct fit for each persona. This gives Kleep precise mapping between body characteristics and product sizes. Once a persona is created, you can select it and assign the correct size for any product in your catalog. Personas can also be duplicated, edited, and searched.Fit Balance
Fit Balance is a product-centric workflow. Instead of mapping individual sizes, you rate how a product fits overall on a five-point scale:| Rating | Meaning |

| Very Small | Runs significantly small — size up |
| Small | Runs slightly small — half size up |
| Normal | True to size |
| Large | Runs slightly large — half size down |
| Very Large | Runs significantly large — size down |
When to Use Each Workflow
- Perfect Fit — When you have detailed knowledge of how specific body types should be sized for your products. Best for building a comprehensive sizing model.
- Fit Balance — When you want to quickly indicate general fit tendencies across your catalog (e.g., a product line that consistently runs small).
