# Perfect Fit

> Create personas and assign the true size of each product for them

**Perfect Fit** maps body morphologies to product sizes. You create **personas** — profiles that represent typical customers — then browse your catalog and select the size that would fit each persona best: the **true size**. This teaches Kleep exactly how your products size for a given body morphology.

## Personas

A persona is a profile describing a typical customer's body morphology.

### Persona types

When creating a persona, you first choose one of three flows:

| Flow              | Best for           | Key inputs                               |
| ----------------- | ------------------ | ---------------------------------------- |
| **Clothes adult** | Adult apparel | Gender, age, height, weight, body shapes |
| **Clothes child** | Children's apparel | Age (years + months), height, weight     |
| **Shoes** | Footwear | Gender, usual shoe size, foot width |

### Creating a persona

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the persona list">
    Go to **Fit Feedbacks → Perfect Fit**. The persona list shows all existing personas with their status.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start a new persona">
    Click **New Persona**, then select the flow (Clothes adult, Clothes child, or Shoes).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Fill in the morphology form">
    Give the persona a nickname and complete the fields for the chosen flow (see below).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review and save">
    A confirmation screen summarizes the persona. Confirm, then save the project (<kbd>Cmd</kbd>/<kbd>Ctrl</kbd> + <kbd>S</kbd>).
  </Step>
</Steps>

### Persona status

Each persona in the list shows a status badge:

| Status      | Meaning                                                           |
| ----------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Active** | All required morphology fields are filled — ready for Perfect Fit |
| **Draft** | Partially filled — complete the form before assigning sizes |
| **No size** | No true sizes assigned yet |

### Managing personas

* **Edit** — click a persona row to reopen its form and update any field.
* **Duplicate** — creates a copy (named "… copy") with the same morphology but with true sizes reset, so you can quickly build variations of a body type.
* **Delete** — permanently removes the persona and its associated true sizes.
* **Search & sort** — filter the persona list by name and sort it from the actions bar.

<Tip>
  Create a small set of personas that covers the diversity of your customer base (different heights, weights, and body shapes) rather than many near-identical ones. A handful of well-chosen, fully completed personas gives Kleep stronger signals than dozens of drafts.
</Tip>

## Assigning true sizes

<Steps>
  <Step title="Select a persona">
    Use the persona dropdown at the top of the Perfect Fit workspace to choose which persona you are sizing for.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Browse the catalog">
    Search, filter by category / brand / size system, and use the category carousel to navigate. Switch between grid and table view as you prefer.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick the true size">
    On each product, click the size that fits the persona. Only sizes actually available on the product can be selected. Click a selected size again to clear it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Press <kbd>Cmd</kbd>/<kbd>Ctrl</kbd> + <kbd>S</kbd> or click **Save**. All true sizes for all personas are saved together.
  </Step>
</Steps>

### Category coverage rule

For a persona's feedback to be usable, it must cover at minimum:

* at least one **top** (upper-body clothing) size, and
* at least one **bottom** (lower-body clothing) size.

A callout in the workspace warns you when a persona doesn't yet meet this rule.

<Tip>
  You don't need to size the entire catalog. Prioritize your best-selling products and one or two representative items per category and size system — Kleep generalizes from there.
</Tip>

### Category-level sizes

In addition to per-product true sizes, you can set a true size at the **category level** (per Kleep category, size system, and gender). This acts as a general rule for the persona across that category, complementing the product-specific selections.

## Tips for good feedback

* Base selections on real fitting knowledge (fit sessions, return reasons, customer service insights) — not guesses.
* Cover multiple size systems if your catalog mixes them (Alpha, Numeric, Waist…).
* Keep personas **Active** (fully completed) — draft personas' feedback carries less weight.
