# Anti-Bracketing

> Configure the Anti-Bracketing prompt from the Kleep dashboard

## Overview

The Anti-Bracketing page in the Kleep dashboard lets you configure how the prompt appears to shoppers who add two or more sizes of the same product to their cart. All settings are saved to the Kleep CDN and take effect on your storefront within a few minutes.

Navigate to **AI Sizing → Anti-bracketing** in the dashboard sidebar.

> Anti-Bracketing is available on demand. If the menu entry is not visible, contact your Kleep representative to enable it for your account.

## Enable / Disable

A master toggle turns the feature on or off for your store. When disabled, the widget never appears to shoppers, regardless of other settings.

## Trigger frequency

Controls how often the prompt appears to the same shopper.

| Frequency | Behavior |
| - | - |
| **Once per product** | Shows once per product. If the shopper chose "keep both", it won't appear again for that product. **(default)** |
| **Once per session** | Shows at most once per browser session. |
| **Always** | Shows every time bracketing is detected. |

>
> **Once per product** is recommended for most stores — it balances helpfulness without feeling intrusive. Use **Always** only for testing or very specific use cases.

## Content options

| Option | Description | Default |

| **Show Kleep recommendation** | Displays Kleep's AI-recommended size in the prompt, if available for the shopper. | On |
| **Show keep-one-size choices** | Shows "Keep only size X" radio buttons and a "Continue with both" option. When off, the prompt is informational only. | On |

## Layout

Choose how the prompt appears on your storefront:

* **Panel** — slides in from the right side of the screen (default)
* **Modal** — centered dialog overlay

## Wordings

Customize every text string shown to shoppers, per language. At least one language is required. English and French are pre-filled with suggested wordings when you first open the page.

### Available fields

| **Recommendation** | 80 characters | Must include `{size}` — replaced with the recommended size at runtime |
| **Keep only** | 60 characters | Must include `{size}` — label for the keep-one-size option |
| **Keep both** | 60 characters | Label for the continue-with-both option |
| **Validate** | 30 characters | Confirm button label |

>
> Fields marked with `{size}` **must** contain that exact placeholder. The widget replaces it with the actual size at runtime. Saving will be blocked if the placeholder is missing.

### Adding languages

Click **Add language** to add a new language tab. Supported languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Polish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese.

Each language tab shows a completion indicator. All fields must be filled before saving.

Click **Use suggested wording** to reset a language to Kleep's default text. Click **Remove language** to delete a language (only available when 2+ languages are configured).

## Live preview

The right side of the page shows a live preview of your Anti-Bracketing prompt. It renders the real widget with your current settings in a virtual storefront viewport, so you can see exactly what shoppers will see.

* Toggle **Simulate recommendation** to preview with or without Kleep's AI size recommendation.
* The preview updates in real time as you edit wordings and toggle options.
* When editing a text field, the corresponding element highlights in the preview.

## Saving

Click **Save** to publish your configuration. Changes propagate to the CDN and take effect on your storefront within approximately 5 minutes.

If any language has incomplete wordings or a missing `{size}` placeholder, saving is blocked and the page scrolls to the first issue.
